Homelink is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to join the company’s dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a reputable company in the financial services and property development sector.

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s diary, prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare and provide appropriate briefing papers for meetings, ensuring the Managing Director is well-prepared.
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Managing Director.
  • Provide full personal assistant support by drafting routine letters and minute meetings to a high standard.
  • Maintain the Managing Director’s office system, including data management and filing.
  • Create documents, reports, and presentations for the Managing Director.
  • Organize meetings and ensure the Managing Director is adequately prepared for them.
  • Attend to customers and visitors on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial services to the Managing Director.
  • Support the planning and organization of board meetings.
  • Answer calls and interact competently with clients.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements for the Managing Director.
  • Assist in the general upkeep of the Managing Director’s office.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably required by the Managing Director.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any other relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT skills, particularly Microsoft package.
