We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of these third parties. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to what third parties do with your Personal Information.

1.2. CHILDREN

No one under 18 years of age is authorized to use the Service, and we do not intentionally collect, use, store, disclose, or otherwise process Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18.   1. Manage your registration as Platform user, to identify you and give you access to Services available for registered Platform users.
  2. The development, compliance and execution of the contract for the provision of services such as the sale of or subscription to WorkInZimbabwe.com services or any other contract We might have through the Platform. You will need to keep in mind that:

In addition, you may modify any Personal Information in your user profile at any time. We may keep a copy of the prior version of this information for our records. If you have chosen to connect your Work In Zimbabwe account to a third party social media platform (e.g., Facebook), you may modify permissions by changing your account settings in that third party platform.

Opting-Out of Marketing Communications. If you no longer wish to receive email advertisements, you may opt-out at any time by: (i) clicking the opt-out/unsubscribe option contained in each commercial email; (ii) going to your account information and changing your communication preference settings; or (iii) emailing at us at jobs@WorkInZimbabwe.com. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the system to fully update your preferences. Opting out of these communications will not impact emails or other communications we send you regarding your use of the Service (orders, policies, updates, etc.).

Deletion of Your Personal Information. Subject to the additional notices provided to EU and California residents in Sections 10 and 11, if you no longer want us to provide the Service to you, you may request that we delete your Personal Information and close your Work In Zimbabwe account. If you request the deletion of your Personal Information: (a) your information will be deleted from our databases; (b) we may retain some of your information as necessary to improve safety and legal compliance such as fraud detection and prevention and enhancing safety (for example, if we suspend a Work In Zimbabwe account for fraud or safety reasons, we may retain certain information from that Work In Zimbabwe account to prevent that user from opening a new Work In Zimbabwe account in the future); (c) we may retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with the law (for example, Work In Zimbabwe may keep some of your information for tax, legal, and auditing obligations); and (d) information you have shared with others (e.g., comments made on our platform) may continue to be publicly visible on the Service, even after your Work In Zimbabwe account is deleted.

Withdrawing Your Consent. Where you have provided your consent to the processing of your Personal Information by us, you may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your account settings or by emailing us at jobs@WorkInZimbabwe.com specifically identifying the consent being withdrawn.

11. Changes

We will update this Privacy Policy occasionally and as required by legal, regulatory or operational modifications. We will notify such changes (including the effective date) as required by law.
