Verify Engineering is looking for two dedicated Sales & Marketing Clerks to join their dynamic team in Hwange and Kwekwe. As a Sales & Marketing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling products/services, achieving sales targets, resolving customer issues, and fostering positive business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Stay updated on industry developments and participate in relevant training programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar role.
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques or similar strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License is a prerequisite.
