The Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) is a national Development Finance Institution (DFI) that supports infrastructure and development across all sectors of the economy. The IDBZ focuses on various areas such as Water and Sanitation, Housing, Irrigation Infrastructure, Transport, and Energy.

Through financial and technical assistance, the bank contributes to the National Development Agenda, promoting the infrastructure value chain, agri-businesses, tourism, health and education, mining, export-oriented businesses, metals production, and the manufacturing sector.

IDBZ is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Property Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in marketing and selling the bank’s residential and commercial properties.

Your responsibilities will include marketing estate assets to prospective clients, conducting property viewings, ensuring completion of application forms, assisting in the preparation of sales agreements, conducting market research, addressing client queries, and maintaining interactions with key stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market various estate assets of the bank to prospective clients.
• Accompany prospective clients for property viewings.
• Collect and check the completeness of application forms from prospective clients.
• Assist in the preparation of Agreements of Sale for signing.
• Conduct regular research on Real Estate developments, industry trends, and market sales.
• Address client queries promptly and provide feedback to the head office on raised issues.
• Maintain interactions with key stakeholders for various bank housing projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Registered Real Estate Agent or a member of the Estate Agency Council or Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (advantageous).
• Postgraduate qualification (advantageous).
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Mature, confident, and skilled networker.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
