The company is looking for a Projects and Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the company’s products, services, and processes.

You will oversee project management activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive compliance with industry standards. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to effectively execute project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, such as ISO 9001:2015, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and lead quality audits and inspections across all departments to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Manage quality performance by measuring the cost of incidents and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Ensure that internal processes are delivering their intended outputs as stated in the procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001:2015.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
