Croco Motors is looking for a proactive and highly organized PA to Director to join our dynamic team in Harare. As a PA to Director, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.

Your responsibilities will include managing the Director’s diary, conducting financial performance analysis, supervising business unit managers, maintaining sales databases, and assisting with routine correspondence. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director.
  • Maintain the Director’s diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Conduct financial performance analysis and prepare reports for review.
  • Supervise and support Business Unit Managers in their day-to-day activities.
  • Update and manage the sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process quotes, invoices, and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as required.
  • Participate in audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare board packs and collate relevant documents for meetings.
  • Draft routine correspondence, memos, and reports for approval and signature.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain an effective filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full CIS or related qualification.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Possession of a Class 4 driver’s license.
