  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance to resolve issues, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new services, and promotions to customers during interactions and actively participating in social media campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Process procurement orders, delivery bookings, and shipments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.


  • Certification or training in customer service, social media management, or related field.
  • Experience with content creation for social media platforms.
  • Experience working in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of shipping, freight, or logistics terminology and processes.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to support our diverse customer base.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Office Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and solutions.
