Job Description

Our client, a local shipping and logistics company in the Sales sector is seeking a passionate Sales Agent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their logistics and e-commerce needs.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers, and stakeholders, understanding their evolving requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage outbound sales via phone, email, and chat to convert leads into sales.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, negotiate contracts, ensure timely follow-ups, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with the business.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A-level and training in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales within the logistics, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, freight forwarding, customs processes, and warehousing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Office Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and solutions.
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs clearance procedures.
  • Existing networks and relationships within the logistics or e-commerce sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex services or solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to support our diverse customer base.
