People’s Own Savings Bank (POSB) is seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The selected candidate will analyze business needs, design systems interfaces, test solutions, and provide technical support across the bank’s applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design system interfaces and integrations with external platforms
• Create and update technical manuals for all applications
• Test patches and new configurations prior to bankwide deployment
• Implement tested solutions according to specifications
• Supervise user acceptance testing for releases
• Provide troubleshooting support to users
• Analyze applications performance and propose optimizations
• Liaise with third party vendors on integrations and upgrades
• Act as the primary point of escalation for systems issues

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Project Management certification is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of systems design, analysis and development experience
• Proficiency with programming tools and languages
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, email and project management software
