The company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager Designate to join their dynamic team. This strategic management position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong sales and key account management drive, complemented by integrated marketing expertise.

The role involves developing and promoting products and services, establishing competitive advantages, and fostering strategic alliances to drive revenues and market share. As the Sales & Marketing Manager Designate, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence and leading a Sales and Marketing Division.

Remuneration: Competitive salary in foreign currency, performance incentives, bonuses, and other benefits, including travel allowances, will be agreed upon with the employee.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, implement, and monitor strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve Group targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive Group Sales and Marketing Plan aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Establish and maintain corporate contracts with customers and suppliers to drive business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts at local, regional, and international levels.
  • Drive daily sales activities, meet targets, and provide strategic reports for decision-making.
  • Implement and manage customer relationship management and loyalty programs.
  • Develop and segment databases/accounts to drive business productivity.
  • Generate relevant reports for performance monitoring and sales team management.
  • Collaborate with advertising, creative, and media agencies to ensure high-quality marketing communications.
  • Participate in executive and board meetings, contributing to reports and decision-making processes.
  • Utilize digital channels and platforms to tap into and expand business opportunities.
  • Fulfill other key requirements, such as demonstrating responsibility, accountability, and maturity, working across time zones, and exhibiting negotiation skills.
  • Foster a team-oriented and innovative work environment while embracing professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales and marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Post-graduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the tourism value chain and current affairs.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level engagements.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Valid Class 4 driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Creative, resourceful, and a team player.
  • Strong desire for career and professional growth without political affiliations.
  • Age limit of approximately 30 years and below.
