BOLTREC is looking for a highly ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s success and make a significant impact in the Engineering Services and Construction sector. The Sales Manager will be offered a competitive remuneration package, including allowances and incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve set revenue targets
  • Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy, aligning it with business objectives
  • Coordinate the efforts of the sales team to ensure optimal performance and desired results
  • Monitor and report on customer needs and trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and expand the export market, leveraging the company’s competitive advantage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the management team
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to drive business growth

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • An additional Master’s degree, such as an MBA, will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in a sales role, preferably within the Engineering Services or Construction environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
