Impala Car Rental is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join the company’s dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing brand portfolios, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Impala Car Rental’s services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Manage brand portfolios, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across various channels.
- Utilize traditional marketing channels effectively, including print media, radio, and outdoor advertising.
- Leverage digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze data and extract actionable insights to inform marketing decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and tourism.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry partners, and media outlets.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in marketing, with a focus on business development.
- Proven ability to devise and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the tourism sector and its dynamics is an added advantage.
- Experience in leveraging traditional marketing channels and managing brand portfolios.
- Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics is essential.
