IHR Active is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to create visually appealing graphics for various projects, including large format prints such as banners, posters, signage, and more.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with client/account managers, agencies, and other creative/production team members to develop print collateral that effectively represents our clients’ brands.

Additionally, you will ensure the consistent presentation of client brands across all brand collateral and stay up-to-date with industry trends to continuously enhance your skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing graphics for a wide range of projects, meeting client requirements and design briefs.
• Produce large format prints, including banners, posters, signage, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain and organize an inventory of printing materials and supplies, ensuring availability for projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and emerging software and computer technologies.
• Collaborate with client/account managers, agencies, and creative/production team members to execute design briefs effectively.
• Prepare artwork for production, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color profiles.
• Ensure consistent presentation of client brands throughout all brand collateral produced.
• Provide recommendations on software and computer technologies to enhance graphic design processes.
• Plan and execute graphic designs and images that offer visual consistency, building trust and credibility with customers.
• Design graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional plans, aligning with client objectives.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of large-format printing processes is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic design work.

Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive a net salary of 400 USD.
