Zimbuild Property Investments is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in achieving our business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a prominent real estate investment company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to facilitate efficient workflow, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and professionalism.
  • Handle legal and litigation matters, including managing outside counsel and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the organization’s activities and operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.
  • Support cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and human resources, in addressing legal issues and promoting compliance.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and seminars.
  • Continuously update knowledge in contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance to provide accurate guidance and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Law, and an MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a private or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using productivity software and tools.
