Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a young and energetic Executive Assistant to provide executive support and contribute to the successful implementation of the organization’s strategic plan.
With a focus on meeting client needs and stakeholder expectations, our client is dedicated to delivering excellence in their industry. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in providing comprehensive executive support to the organization, ensuring effective communication and coordination of projects.
This position requires a proactive and ambitious individual who can maintain confidentiality and work closely with management to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
- Communicate with management on matters related to ongoing projects, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, keeping management informed of any delays or challenges.
- Maintain a calendar and remind management of important deadlines and submission dates.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of necessary documents and materials.
- Liaise with local, regional, and international stakeholders, building positive relationships and facilitating effective communication.
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence on behalf of the superior, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate departmental inputs into the organization’s position papers or reports, collating relevant information and ensuring consistency.
- Attend meetings of the Executive Management team, taking notes, and monitoring action points and follow-ups.
- Compile documents and briefing notes for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is provided in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar industry.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using various software and tools for efficient communication and organization.
- Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to present information in a structured and coherent manner.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of assessing situations, identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions.
- Ambitious and driven, with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
