As a Wheel Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, ensuring the accurate operation of alignment machines, and providing excellent customer service.  With your trade-tested certification and knowledge of relevant legislation, you will contribute to delivering high-quality automotive services. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting wheel alignments using advanced alignment machines.
  • Interpreting alignment reports accurately and making necessary adjustments.
  • Inspecting and assessing vehicle suspension and steering components.
  • Identifying and rectifying alignment issues, such as camber, caster, and toe angles.
  • Providing recommendations and advice to customers regarding alignment adjustments and necessary repairs.
  • Adhering to relevant legislation and safety guidelines.
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of alignment equipment.
  • Collaborating with the automotive team to coordinate repairs and services.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in wheel alignment techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Trade-tested certification as a Class 1, 2, or 3 Mechanic.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in wheel alignment.
  • Ability to operate wheel alignment machines optimally.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation related to wheel alignment.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively.
