As a Wheel Alignment Technician, you will be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, ensuring the accurate operation of alignment machines, and providing excellent customer service. With your trade-tested certification and knowledge of relevant legislation, you will contribute to delivering high-quality automotive services. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting wheel alignments using advanced alignment machines.
- Interpreting alignment reports accurately and making necessary adjustments.
- Inspecting and assessing vehicle suspension and steering components.
- Identifying and rectifying alignment issues, such as camber, caster, and toe angles.
- Providing recommendations and advice to customers regarding alignment adjustments and necessary repairs.
- Adhering to relevant legislation and safety guidelines.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of alignment equipment.
- Collaborating with the automotive team to coordinate repairs and services.
- Delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in wheel alignment techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Trade-tested certification as a Class 1, 2, or 3 Mechanic.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wheel alignment.
- Ability to operate wheel alignment machines optimally.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation related to wheel alignment.
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively.
