Tsapo Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vehicle Sales Executive to join their team in Bulawayo. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting the organization’s brands, achieving market dominance, and meeting profitability targets.

You will be responsible for building relationships with prospects and customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new opportunities in the market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and the motor industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects and customers to promote vehicle sales.
  • Recommend suitable vehicle solutions to customers and prospects, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and provide support, information, and guidance to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Share market intelligence with senior managers to help shape strategic decisions.
  • Compile accurate and comprehensive weekly sales reports.
  • Visit potential and existing customers regularly, attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase the company’s product range.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and closing sales deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience, with motor industry experience being an added advantage.
  • Possess a clean class 4 Driver’s license.
