Prodairy (Private) Limited is looking for dynamic Van Sales Representatives to join our Sales Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

As a Van Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in selling and delivering our dairy products to various locations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely product delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell and transport Prodairy products along established routes, including door-to-door areas, street locations, and marketplaces.
  • Receive payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Report sales activities, including sales volume, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain necessary documentation, such as sales invoices and receipts.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Prodairy’s product range, features, and benefits.
  • Meet sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Maintain the sales vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning and maintenance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Certificate in Sales and Marketing or a relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG business, including market dynamics and competitors.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good client market base.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture and meet deadlines.
  • At least 30 years of age, with a valid driver’s license.
