Our client is looking for a dedicated Store Administrator to join their team. As a Store Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store through effective administration and coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
  • Assisting with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Managing store documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and promotions.
  • Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Assisting with store merchandising and visual displays.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a Diploma in Bookkeeping.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
