Job Description

Our client, a local company in the Commercial Industry, is a leading player in their sector. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a proactive and self-starter Staffing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Staffing Manager to oversee the staffing and human resources functions within the organization. As the Staffing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business development activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR processes and procedures.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset. A competitive remuneration package, including a basic salary, allowances, and benefits, will be offered to the successful candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities and identify potential markets for staffing solutions.
  • Engage in ongoing customer relationship management and partnership building, including interactions with statutory bodies.
  • Formulate and implement process systems, ensuring staff compliance and conducting regular audits.
  • Identify and establish partnerships to enhance employee welfare programs.
  • Onboard, induct, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Review subordinate reports and consolidate them on a monthly basis.
  • Organize and facilitate approved training and development programs.
  • Manage employment contracts, payroll administration, and compliance.
  • Conduct performance assessments for staff and provide coaching and feedback sessions regularly.
  • Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Take responsibility for business and revenue growth, including budget formulation and implementation for the respective business unit.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Diploma in Labour Relations.
  • Masters in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in HR Management Systems.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in staffing and HR management.
  • Proactive and self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Open communication style, willing to share ideas and collaborate with others.
  • Balanced individual who values team success and development.
  • Candidates aged 35 and above are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic salary of USD 1,740.00.
  • Fuel allowance of USD 240.00.
  • Housing allowance of USD 150.00.
  • Medical aid coverage.
  • Funeral cover.
