Teecherz Home and Office is looking for a motivated Salesperson to join the company’s dynamic team in Mutare. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth and success of Teecherz Home and Office. Remuneration and performance-based incentives will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate sales within and outside the branch to meet the allocated sales budget.
- Conduct market surveys, including competitor and customer analysis, to identify sales opportunities.
- Actively participate in marketing activities, such as brand awareness campaigns, to promote Teecherz Home and Office products.
- Ensure effective and attractive product display and merchandising to maximize sales potential.
- Educate and demonstrate product usage to customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of daily and monthly cash control.
- Issue invoices and ensure they are signed by clients.
- Monitor stock levels, identify stock variances, and ensure stock balance.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
- Collaborate with management and perform any other sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales position.
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets.
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
