Job Description

A leading stationery company is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join their growing team. The team takes pride in forging strong partnerships and customized solutions to meet all client needs.

This key role will oversee sales representatives, providing leadership, coaching, and ensuring monthly targets are achieved or exceeded. The successful candidate will play a major role in expanding the client portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4 or 5 sales representatives, setting clear objectives and overseeing day-to-day activities
  • Develop and execute annual strategic sales plans to meet or surpass revenue targets
  • Monitor team performance through weekly sales reports and one-on-one check-ins to ensure quotas are on track
  • Coach sales representatives on effective sales techniques, proposal writing, negotiation skills, and product knowledge
  • Grow existing client portfolio through account management strategies and cross-selling additional services
  • Identify opportunities for expanding into new markets/industries and prospecting of net-new clients
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to pursue partnerships
  • Handle sales in designated territory/accounts when needed to meet monthly KPIs
  • Oversee preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports on team’s performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and on-site visits

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising B2B sales, preferably in stationery
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets through strategic account development
  • Strong relationship building and client management abilities
  • Experience coaching and growing sales representatives
  • Existing PnP/school relationships is advantageous for this role
