As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential threats. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and customer relationships effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented approach.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
- Experience in selling stationery and toiletry products is considered an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
