Eklego Business Solutions is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting Eklego’s hardware products, and achieving sales targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company by driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the Construction, Mining, and Agriculture sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and demonstrate Eklego’s hardware products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote Eklego’s products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the Stores & Purchasing Controller, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • I year of Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in the Construction, Mining, or Agriculture sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
