Job Description
Creative Credit (Pvt) Ltd is a leading provider of IT and electronic products in Zimbabwe, committed to providing affordable and accessible credit to civil servants. As part of our efforts to expand our customer base and increase our sales, we are looking for skilled and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team.
The Sales Representatives will be responsible for selling the company’s IT and electronic products to civil servants on credit. The Representative will work closely with other departments to ensure that sales activities are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
The ideal candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent sales skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Representative’s Responsibilities:
- Door-to-door – marketing and selling products to customers
- Completing Loan application forms
- Identifying potential customers, closing sales deals and making follow-ups
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that sales activities are aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 5 O Levels including Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills, a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Relevant Marketing and Sales qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- Experience in Microfinance field ( Minimum 1 year experience) – added advantage
- Clean Class 4 driver’s licence is an added advantage
