Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and engage prospective customers, promoting and selling scheduled products and services.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to determine the most suitable solutions for their needs.
  • Engage with customers on a commercial level, providing product support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales and foster customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Deliver presentations tailored to the specific needs of the audience.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5 O-Level passes are required; a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative, especially in the IT, software, and application industry, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices, along with the ability to build productive professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
