Job Description

Rubel International is looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join the company’s dedicated team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling bulk petroleum products, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Present and promote Rubel International’s petroleum products to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales representative experience.
  • Extensive experience in fuel wholesale and retail, preferably across different industries.
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license.
