Azbo Investments is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization. This position offers a competitive salary package and attractive incentives for high-performance individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales employees.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.
  • Communicate with potential customers to showcase our company’s products and encourage sales.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure strategic targeting of the desired audience.
  • Provide feedback to product developers regarding potential improvements and market needs.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyze competitors’ products, identifying their features, benefits, and market success.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
