Azbo Investments is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop relationships with customers, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization. This position offers a competitive salary package and attractive incentives for high-performance individuals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales employees.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.
- Communicate with potential customers to showcase our company’s products and encourage sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our company’s products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer appointments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure strategic targeting of the desired audience.
- Provide feedback to product developers regarding potential improvements and market needs.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyze competitors’ products, identifying their features, benefits, and market success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
