Creative Credit is seeking motivated Sales Field Officers to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Field Officer, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our wide range of products to civil servants, providing them with the credit they need to make their desired purchases.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door marketing and sales activities to introduce and promote Creative Credit’s hardware and software procurement services to civil servants.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our credit solutions to potential customers.
- Assist customers in completing credit application forms accurately and efficiently.
- Identify potential customers, establish relationships, and actively pursue sales opportunities.
- Close sales deals and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt and accurate information about our products and credit terms.
- Coordinate the delivery of purchased products to customers and ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and market insights to enhance our offerings.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, contribute to the growth of the organization, and maintain customer loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 O Levels, including Mathematics and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Familiarity with hardware and software products is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A valid Class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage.
