Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish professional connections.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services, staying informed about updates, features, and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on sales techniques and best practices, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
