Job Description
A local company is searching for two committed, deadline-driven Sales and Marketing Graduate Trainees to join their excellent sales and marketing team.
The Graduate Trainees will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales and Marketing department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction but also work unsupervised when required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients virtually and during sales visits
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Reviewing sales performance
- Answering questions about products and services
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working towards monthly targets
The Person
- Should be self-motivated and driven by targets
- Should be able to influence and negotiate with others
- Resilient
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Should be confident
Qualifications and Experience
- A recent graduate in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field
- Basic mathematical skills
