The company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, managing staff, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Maintain inventory and control costs to achieve budget goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of food and beverages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to enhance the dining and drinking experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures, and provide ongoing training and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in hospitality or Culinary certification.
- Proven experience in restaurant and bar management, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences, with the ability to adapt and innovate accordingly.
