Galaway Management Services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Bulawayo. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and managing branches in the southern region.

You will play a crucial role in implementing our company’s strategic and business plans, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic and business plans for the assigned region(s).
  • Implement the company’s strategic and business plans in the region, ensuring their effective execution.
  • Spearhead and drive stakeholder engagement within the region, collaborating closely with branch managers and supervisors.
  • Monitor the implementation of branch plans as outlined in the organization’s business plan.
  • Work closely with the customer experience manager to maintain consistent service excellence and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Lead in budget formulation and adherence, ensuring no unapproved overruns.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch managers and supervisors, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to branch staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A first degree from a recognized institution.
  • Fluency in English, Ndebele, and Shona.
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievements in sales and administration.
  • Possession of a clean class 4 driver’s license.
