Auto Ecu Service is a reputable automotive service provider based in Harare, Zimbabwe. With years of experience in the industry, our client specializes in the repair and maintenance of electronic control units (ECUs) for various vehicle models.

As a trusted name in the automotive sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers. Auto Ecu Service is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our company and provide exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information as required.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars effectively.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and document management.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area by monitoring visitor access.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from the public and internal staff, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Uphold a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company to clients and visitors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Professional attitude and appearance, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Resourcefulness and proactiveness in addressing issues that may arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
