As a trusted name in the automotive sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality services to our customers. Auto Ecu Service is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information as required.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, managing calendars effectively.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and document management.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the reception area by monitoring visitor access.
- Handle inquiries and requests from the public and internal staff, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Uphold a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company to clients and visitors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Professional attitude and appearance, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Resourcefulness and proactiveness in addressing issues that may arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative duties.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
