Job Description

A progressive Land Development company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administration Assistant to join their team at their Masvingo branch.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of real estate activities. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving company in the land development sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive clients and attend to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Prepare and organize real estate forms and documents, ensuring they are readily available for use.
  • Guide and assist clients in filling out and signing offers and agreements of sale documents.
  • Enforce the terms of agreements of sale and conduct follow-ups with clients as needed.
  • Contribute to managing the client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Assist in marketing and selling company real estate, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Coordinate site viewings for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure office housekeeping is maintained.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management or Property Development and Estate Management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Land Development or Real Estate field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle sensitive information with maturity and diplomacy.
  • Proficient computer literacy to efficiently utilize relevant software and tools.
