Air Zimbabwe is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Auditor to join our Corporate, Quality, Safety, and Security Department. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.

Conducting safety and quality audits, implementing audit programs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety will be the core responsibilities of this role. Join our team and contribute to upholding the reputation of Air Zimbabwe in the aviation industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, industry standards, and company procedures within the department.
• Conduct safety and quality audits in various operational areas of Air Zimbabwe.
• Prepare and implement a comprehensive Quality and Safety audit program.
• Issue nonconformance reports for instances where civil aviation regulations, safety, quality, or company provisions have not been met.
• Maintain effective communication with Civil Aviation Authorities as required.
• Conduct incident/accident investigations when necessary.
• Observe and oversee technical examinations for staff members seeking approvals.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of operational departments such as Aircraft Maintenance, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Operations, Cargo Operations, Dispatch, or Security.
• Apply expertise and at least 5 years of experience in the specialized operational areas.
• Stay updated on Air Navigations Regulations, CAR-145, CAR-Ops, airworthiness requirements, and industry-related standards like IOSA ISAGO, EASA, and recommended practices.
• Adhere to Air Zimbabwe Private Limited’s organizational procedures.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Formal qualification within the operational departments of Air Zimbabwe Private Limited, such as Aircraft Maintenance, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Operations, Cargo Operations, Dispatch, or Security.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialized operational areas.
• Proficiency in Air Navigations Regulations, CAR-145, CAR-Ops, and airworthiness requirements relevant to Air Zimbabwe Private Limited operations.
• Familiarity with industry-related standards, including IOSA ISAGO, EASA, and recommended practices.
• Thorough understanding of Air Zimbabwe Private Limited’s organizational procedures.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision.
