Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Property Manager to join their dynamic team. The Property Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of the rental business, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the listings of available rental properties, including creating appealing property descriptions, capturing high-quality photographs, and uploading listings to various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough tenant vetting processes, including background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification, to ensure the selection of reliable and responsible tenants.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, provide property information, and schedule property viewings.
  • Oversee the move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections, documenting any damages, and managing security deposit refunds.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, promptly addressing maintenance requests and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Handle rent collection processes, including sending rent reminders, tracking payments, and managing arrears.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records by conducting bookkeeping tasks, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation and regulations in the property management industry, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in the luxury rentals sector.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants and handle difficult situations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to transportation.
