Our client is looking for an efficient and experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, advertising vacant properties, handling tenant relations, and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage budgets.
  • Attract new tenants through advertising, property viewing, and encouraging referrals.
  • Conduct tenant interviews and run credit checks.
  • Settle rental rents, negotiate and enforce lease agreements.
  • Address tenants’ complaints and inspect vacated units.
  • Contract and supervise repairs and maintenance work.
  • Collect rent, deal with late payments, and handle operating expenses.
  • Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, and maintenance.
  • Prepare reports on the financial performance of properties.
  • Terminate leases and initiate eviction proceedings.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations and meet financial objectives.
  • Increase property value and satisfy tenant requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of property regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software.
  • Understanding of Marketing and Accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good customer service skills.
