Southsea Investments Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated Projects Administrator to join the company’s dynamic team. As a Projects Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction for the design and development of our client’s immovable properties, aligning them with the company’s objectives.
This position requires an individual with advanced projects and properties management skills, who can contribute to the growth and success of the organization. The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive remuneration package and other attractive incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project proposals and conduct feasibility studies and appraisals for new projects.
- Conduct research and recommend potential sites for new projects based on the organization’s strategic thrusts and investment philosophy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual projects and property development budgets.
- Provide guidance to management on property utilization plans, considering the organization’s strategic initiatives.
- Review plans and drawings for new projects and major renovations.
- Participate in the development of scope of work and financial planning for new projects and major renovations.
- Conduct periodic inspections of properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the vendor/supplier selection processes related to company projects.
- Identify potential properties for acquisition and/or disposal through a thorough evaluation process.
- Conduct quarterly physical property inspections and generate quarterly property inspection reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Technical Drawing/Engineering, Rural & Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Advanced Diploma in Project Management is an added advantage.
- At least five years of experience in administering commercial projects and properties.
- Advanced projects and properties management skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Ability to produce commercial drawings.
