They are committed to delivering high-quality projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completion. Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager specializing in property development and construction management to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a range of property development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of multiple property development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Select and manage relationships with service providers and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements.
  • Effectively control and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively managing resources and activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and control scope creep, identifying potential deviations from the project plan and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory authorities, to drive project success.
  • Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential project risks.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Town Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and delivering property development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex project information.
  • Professional certifications in project management or construction management are desirable.
