Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a safe work environment and promote a positive work culture

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving operational processes
  • Strong understanding of operational principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and common business software
