Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with incoming products from our warehouses daily
• Rotate stock and ensure older items are moved to the front
• Face up shelves to maintain neat presentation standards
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve any discrepancies
• Analyze best-selling items and make replenishment recommendations
• Provide assistance to customers looking for specific products
• Maintain cleanliness in aisles by collecting rubbish throughout shifts
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 5 ‘O’ Level certificate including English and Maths
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong numeracy, organization and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
• Success in a customer service role will be advantageous
• Smart appearance and polite demeanor
