We are expanding our services to include medical products and solutions, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Product Engineer to join our team. Satewave Technologies is looking for a talented and experienced Medical Product Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our medical products.

As a Medical Product Engineer at Satewave Technologies, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our medical product line, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry.

Your expertise in relevant engineering fields, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will be instrumental in delivering innovative and reliable medical solutions to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test medical devices and equipment in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, to understand user requirements and design products that meet their needs.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify and apply appropriate technologies and materials for medical product development.
• Create and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation related to product design and development.
• Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure product safety.
• Conduct validation and verification tests to ensure product performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the development and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure successful production and timely delivery of medical products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to medical product engineering.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to product development, testing, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality management systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have at least a 2.1 degree in a relevant subject such as biomedical engineering, biomedical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or physics.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in medical product engineering or a related field.
• Experience in product design and development, including prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and simulation.
• Familiarity with medical product manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
• Clean class 4 driver’s license.
