Population Solutions for Health is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Post Graduate Interns to contribute to their marketing and communication campaigns. As a Marketing Post Graduate Intern, you will support the organization’s efforts in community engagement, program communication, and brand management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand Officers to develop engaging content for marketing campaigns.
- Consolidate client feedback reports, weekly highlights, and monthly reports.
- Liaise with program teams to address key concerns raised on client engagement platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for client inquiries and emergency client service events, responding in consultation with Brand Officers.
- Creatively document Population Solutions for Health’s work through in-house photography and videography.
- Ensure the timely update and presentability of site signage and vehicle branding, reporting any changes promptly.
- Monitor and track the implementation of branding and marking guidelines at allocated locations.
- Develop and implement concepts for media events in collaboration with field teams and RDCSs.
- Prepare and compile event reports, flagging discrepancies and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in Human-Centered Design (HCD) activity processes, including immersions, idea generation, prototyping, and pre-testing.
- Collect field feedback and consolidate it for incorporation into program strategies.
- Assist in monitoring the use of innovation in the field.
- Compile material needs for IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) campaigns and ensure timely raising of requisitions.
- Develop distribution plans for IEC materials and ensure version control in the field.
- Conduct field visits to monitor the use of IEC materials.
- Develop concept notes for exhibitions promoting the organization’s products and services.
- Monitor mass media to authenticate billed slots.
- Assist in organizing events, functions, and exhibitions that reach target audiences.
- Disseminate program service information and IEC materials during special events.
- Ensure presentable and timely return of branding materials (banners) after events and exhibitions.
- Distribute promotional and IEC materials for Population Solutions for Health campaigns.
- Manage and update the procurement plan based on the workplan and budget.
- Initiate requisitions in a timely manner and monitor their progress through to purchase order and payment.
- Verify supplier and implementing partner invoices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Marketing/Communications.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Clean class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Packages.
- Knowledge and skills in digital media, simple video production, photography, and design are an added advantage.
