Job Description

A local company is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our inbound sales channels and elevating our advertising campaigns.

Utilizing your expertise, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our company’s reputation and attract qualified traffic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that amplify the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
  • Lead and oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives.
  • Explore and experiment with diverse organic and paid acquisition channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience and converts leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget judiciously to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
  • Approve marketing materials, ensuring they align with the company’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to make data-driven adjustments and optimizations to campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and generate insightful reports to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading successful cross-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools and marketing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
