An opportunity has arisen for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will own brand strategies that promote awareness, increase market share and surpass sales targets through savvy multi-channel efforts.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs and strategic opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches, promotional programs and pricing strategies
  • Analyze key marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize ROI
  • Manage a team of marketing specialists, providing mentorship, performance management and professional development
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with advertising agencies, distributors and key retailer stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, competitive activities and shifts in consumer behavior
  • Represent the marketing department and company at industry events and trade associations


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an FMCG marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, market analysis and marketing execution
  • Expertise in segmenting, positioning and creating go-to-market strategies
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking and drive to exceed sales objectives
