Job Description

Huawei Technologies Zimbabwe is looking to hire two experienced key account managers to maintain solid relationships with the company’s key clients.

The key account manager’s responsibilities include growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

To be successful as a key account manager, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Account managers can grow into: sales big players, gallop across the five continents, across the four seas, conquer the broad market, achieve sales growth;
  • Strategic expert, understand industry and market trends, and lead the strategic cooperation between Huawei and customers
  • Master operations, build business rules, control transaction quality, and help customers achieve business success.
  • Project management expert, leading the project, dispatching internal resources, and achieving project profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Full-level status is a business leader, your potential, with clear performance measures to make you clear steps to the top.
  • Establish and manage customer relationship platforms: plan customer relationship, develop customer relationship, and manage customer relationship.
  • Lead sales projects: Set up teams, develop project strategies, monitor and execute projects, and manage competition.
  • Controls the transaction quality in the E2E process: identifies risks of accounts, controls the quality of contract signing, and monitors the quality of contract fulfilment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or any other related fields
  • Have a proven track record in sales, customer dynamics, target achievements and industry knowledge.
  • To have strong communication skills, ability of understanding as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, ability to think from the perspective of others
  • Good leadership qualities, proactive thinking, analytical thinker and problem-solving ability
  • Existing relationship with local operator or stakeholders an added advantage
