As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial analysis and decision-making processes of the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of the company. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Assist in developing financial models and forecasts to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify trends and insights that impact the organization’s financial performance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input and analysis to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending improvements to financial processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis, recommending innovative approaches to enhance decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
