Revival Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales and Admin Representative to join our team. As the IT Sales and Admin Rep, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, developing sales strategies, and promoting our technical products.
This position offers a competitive salary plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and financial rewards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Market and sell our range of technical products to businesses in Zimbabwe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively promote our products.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management and Information Technology, Electronic Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of one or two years’ experience in a similar sales position, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, MS Office Suite, and various social media platforms.
- Passionate about driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining good public relations.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is a must.
