We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our client’s team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and modern designs while ensuring functionality and adherence to industry standards.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, builders, and vendors to understand their objectives and deliver outstanding interior design solutions. Join our client’s dynamic team and contribute to the creation of captivating spaces that enhance the lives of individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a timeline for interior design projects and accurately estimate project costs to ensure efficient project management.
• Design visually appealing and modern recommendations for finishes, materials, and fixtures that align with client preferences and project objectives.
• Stay updated on existing exterior and interior design trends, ensuring your designs reflect current industry standards.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed design plans.
• Provide on-site support during the set-up and installation process, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and best business practices.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or adjustments needed.
• Create attractive designs and layouts for various spaces, considering functionality, aesthetics, and client objectives.
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires, effectively translating them into tangible design concepts.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, painters, builders, and vendors to ensure a clear understanding of the functionality and vision for the space.
• Prepare presentations, including 3D and 2D mock-ups and renderings, to visually communicate design concepts to clients.
• Create quotes for clients and ensure the full workflow is followed, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends to ensure your designs remain relevant and innovative.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful interior design projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop and present design concepts effectively.
• Basic understanding of building and colour codes, including inspection regulations related to interior design.
• Strong creative and communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure meticulous attention to design details and the ability to resolve challenges.

Remuneration:

The selected candidate will receive a net salary of 400 USD.
